🏛️Governance

Aurion Capital is governed by a council of five, who serve a dual purpose: acting akin to board of directors to oversee policies and operations, while also coordinating closely with our holders. The council is led by a chairperson who serves as the principal fund manager, with the other members providing specialised advisory roles, such as heading research or technical analysis.

While the council is entrusted with broad mandates to ensure swift decision-making in the fast-paced crypto landscape, any changes to these mandates or non-urgent matters are put to a general vote by the token holders.

In addition to the council communicating frequently, a formal meeting is held weekly. The minutes of these meetings are made available.

Transparency is a core value at Aurion Capital. Our decision-making process—including proposal discussions, voting results, fund allocations, and real-time updates on investments—is shared openly with the community.
